Hello!! My name is Moeneak Moore-Lewis, and I am excited to be joining Freedom Elementary this year! While this is my second year as an Inclusion Resource Assistant (Sped Educational Assistant), my path to education has been filled with a variety of experiences that have shaped who I am today.

Before working in education, I managed a local coffee shop, where I learned the importance of patience, teamwork, communication, and building meaningful relationships with people from all different walks of life. I also spent a year as a substitute teacher, which confirmed my passion for working with students and led me to pursue a career in special education.

When I'm not at school, you'll usually find me with a good book, spending time with my dogs, and serving in my church's Media and Youth Department. I believe in leading with kindness, patience, and encouragement, and I strive to help every student feel valued, capable, and supported.

I'm excited for a wonderful year of growth!
