Welcome to First Grade! My name is Natalie Smith, and I am thrilled to be part of the Freedom Elementary family. As a retired U.S. Army veteran, I bring a passion for service, leadership, and perseverance into my classroom each day. I also hold a master's degree in Educational Leadership and believe every child can learn, grow, and shine in a supportive and encouraging environment.
My goal is to create a classroom where students feel safe, confident, and excited to learn. We will work hard, celebrate our successes, build meaningful relationships, and have lots of fun along the way!

When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, traveling, and making memories with my children and our pets.
I am so excited to begin this journey with our Freedom Foxes. It's going to be a fantastic year of learning, laughter, and growth. I am proud to be a Fox, and I can't wait to help our little Foxes discover all they are capable of! 🦊
